02/2003—01/2005  THE VANGUARD GROUP
Promoted to Design Lead and quickly advanced to Design Manager. Increased responsibilities included design management of retirement plan participant site and multiple design resources. Expected to forge and maintain solid working relationships with various departments and business units while continuously illustrating the value of quality design.

01/2003  THE VANGUARD GROUP
Elevation of large scale retirement plan sponsor site redesign. Improvements to site architecture and UI design boosted client confidence significantly. Site adoption rates soared. Cost savings to both Vanguard and its retirement plan clients rose to levels not previously enjoyed.

1999-2000  GSI COMMERCE
Evolved the relationship between Design and Engineering by practicing and promoting collaboration. Improved communications resulted in less error, increased innovation and, in turn, superior quality products for our clients.

Participate in all phases of the project life cycle, providing design counsel and deliverables throughout.

Deliverables align with project phases and range from high-level concepts through detailed prototypes. May also include contextual illustrations (to help project teams work through complex problems) and Flash-based site tours.
